Most operating facilities will be closed Jan. 18 — or immediately thereafter. Conditions, plus roads, remain poor;

Skiers and snowboarders should be aware of inclement weather conditions, especially in the state’s high country. These conditions may pose serious and unexpected dangers, such as falling on the tracks;

Walk-in parking is not available at most playgrounds and most parks with all materials.

The average cost of a New England playground lift ticket is $18. This includes the min. ticket and a bonus set; however, a one-pass ticket (plus the min. box) is $5;

The fee for a child parking is $11; and

There is no minimum number of children a person can receive;

Closed facilities also need to be monitored and maintained annually;

Closed facilities may require snowblowers;

Closed facilities may be denied access unless the safety of visitors is in jeopardy;

Closed facilities may be allowed to continue to operate until further notice.
